Description (Service)	Free classes offered for all levels from beginners to those wishing to prepare for English Proficiency Examinations * appropriate for new Canadians or individuals with a different first language Centres in Wingham, Exeter, Seaforth, Clinton, Goderich, Listowel and Stratford.
Service Details
Hours	Office: Tue 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm * ESL classes: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon This may vary depending on registrations. Call us for updates.
Dates	Year round but hours may change during summer months * call for details
Areas Served	Perth County
Eligibility	New Canadians and others whose first language is not English
