| Description (Service) | Local mental health and addiction agency which provides a variety of services including addiction counseling for youth and adults, mental health case management, peer support, court support, counseling for problem gambling/behavioral change, supportive housing, community withdrawal management and more. The agency's goal is to provide quality services and easier access for those impacted by mental health and/or addiction issues in communities across Huron and Perth counties. A list of all programs HERE Main office in Stratford with outreach offices in many locations throughout Huron County and Perth County as well as in Huron/Perth Secondary schools. Goderich office open by appointment only. |
