Description
Description (Service) | The Visiting Volunteer Hospice program matches trained volunteers with an individual who has been diagnosed with a life limiting illness and/or their caregiver, to provide support/respite in the individuals home of choice. Virtual meetings, and phone support is also available depending on the needs of the family.
Volunteers providing supports through the Visiting Hospice program, recieve extensive training from Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth to fulfill their role in the program. |
