A group for those providing service to children 0-6 residing in Huron County or Perth County, their parents and caregivers.

Kids First is a consortium of over 60 local agencies and professionals that seek to ensure that all children and families have access to a range of high-quality, inclusive and affordable early years and child care programs and services that are child and family centred and contribute to children's learning, development and well being. Accomplish by planning, monitoring and evaluating the integration of prenatal; healthy child development; early identification and intervention; and early learning and care services for children under the age of six and their families who reside in Huron County and Perth County.
