Description (Service)

A hospice care centre offering six suites for end of life care.

Also acts as a centralized 'hub' for CCN's interdisciplinary hospice services team by providing caregiver support, palliative outreach and education, health system navigation and grief and bereavement support in addition to resident hospice care.
Donor Relations Office is also located at Ed's House. Donations ensure clients receive the highest quality care, comfort, and dignity that can be provided.
