| Eligibility | To qualify for a Habitat home, families must meet these criteria: present living conditions do not meet family needs such as: too costly, in poor shape, unhealthy, unsafe, too small
steady income, but unable to obtain a conventional mortgage willing to volunteer at least 500 hours (Sweat Equity) for Habitat activities willingness to partner with Habitat, repay the mortgage and maintain the home fall within financial parameters |
