| Description (Service) | Community-owned, community-operated nine bed residential hospice provides end-of-life care to clients of all ages. Offers an alternative for residents of Grey and Bruce Counties who do not wish to die at home or in the hospital. Staff and volunteers provide comfort and support to patients and their families. Palliative care team provides 24-hour care. Patients are able to die with dignity in a home-like setting. |
