The following is a list of organizations that have programs or services in place aimed at helping individuals and families during the Christmas season, usually through distribution of food baskets or vouchers and in some cases gifts for children or other family members.

Rural Response for Healthy Children Christmas Bureau Program:

When you register with the Christmas Bureau, you will be scheduled a private and confidential appointment at your closest bureau site. There are five individual bureaus located throughout Huron County. To be eligible for support with the Huron County Christmas Bureau program you must have custody of your child(ren) and live in Huron County.

Distribution Week - gift card pickup - Mon-Fri Dec 4-8, 2023 10 am-4 pm

Families needing transportation to pick-up hampers or visit Christmas Bureaus, contact Rural Response for Healthy Children 226-699-0707 or EMAIL to arrange a paid taxi or receive a gas card.

Donations can be made in person (cash/cheque) at any Christmas Bureau Mon-Fri Nov 27-Dec 1, 2023 10 am-5 pm (Wed Nov 29 to 7 pm). Donations can be made by credit card by calling 226-699-0707 Ext 102 or online at click here
