| Description (Service) | Growing Together Early Learning Resource Program is a Preschool Special Needs Resource Program. A team of Early Learning Resource Consultants works with families and agencies to ensure that children with special needs in Huron County are able to participate in licensed child care and community programs Program provides: Development screening * Hands-on assistance with teaching skills * Modeling techniques for caregivers * Assist families to help their child make an easy transition to other programs and schools, early literacy support Early Learning Resource Consultants are able to meet children and families at a licensed child care program, an EarlyON Child and Family Centre or at a licensed childcare provider. |
