Description (Service) | The Veterans Ombudsman is an impartial arms-length and independent officer who is directly accountable to the Minister of Veterans Affairs. As an independent voice, the Ombudsman works to ensure the fair treatment of Veterans, their representatives, and their families, reviews complaints arising from the Veterans Bill of Rights and assists issues related to programs and services. |
