Description (Service) | Empowers First Responders and Canadian Public Safety Personnel and their families who are dealing with operational stress injuries, including post-traumatic stress and suicidal ideation, to achieve healthy living and post-traumatic growth. Provides a national resource hub of licensed trauma informed therapists, crisis resources, training opportunities, self-care resources and peer-led group support programs across Canada for all First Responders and Canadian Public Safety Personnel. Facilitates online peer support and psycho-education that promotes health, wellness, hope, growth and recovery. |
